Aalu Paratha

It is very easy to make a Aloo Parantha, but it is a little difficult to make "The Aalu Paratha"

Well what I mean to say, is that here I give you receipe of a really ravishing aloo parantha, though you have to give another 3 extra minutes to make it but it will be surely worth three minute effort.

RECIPE

STEP 1 - Knead flour. if you want to make it more exotic, knead maida with hot water, a tea spoon oil,a tea spoon salt, a table spoon milk. this will make your dough really soft and makes great parantha

STEP 2 - boil potato (Aloo) in a presurre cook. cool it and peel it.

STEP 3- ( this is the step that requires a lilttle extra effort). take a khadai, add butter or oil, let it heat then add a tea spoon cumin, very finely chopped one onion, a teaspoon grated ginger, green or red chillies, a pinch of anchur powder, a pinch of garam masala and now add mashed aloo. and yes not to forget SALT. fry it a little. let the mixture become a little crisp, add fresh corriander leaves or fresh curry leaves.
NOW THIS FRIED ALOO MIXTURE IS THAT WILL MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. Usually the filling is plain boiled aloo, but if you fry it a little, it is tastier.

STEP 4 - now fill little mixture in dough and make paranthas. fry them in tawa and serve with curd or butter!!!! Enjoy

Do let me know your views. Will be posting more recipes easy and exotic both very soon............
